A technology-led property information portal
PropertyBaazi brings projects, listings, asking prices, RERA records and locality information together so people can research property with less friction and make better-informed decisions.
Why “Baazi”?
Baazi (बाज़ी) is the word Indians use for a game and a move — shatranj ki baazi. Chess was invented in India, and buying a home is the biggest strategic move most of us ever make. Baazi is also the name of our property information assistant. It helps search the PropertyBaazi catalogue, compare available information and identify details that still need to be confirmed.

How the portal works
Property research is often split across project pages, listing details, public registries and locality sources. PropertyBaazi organises those records into a consistent catalogue with clear source and availability labels.
Search tools and automated checks help organise listing and project information. Our team handles cases that require review or judgement, including approvals, appeals and payment issues.
Baazi is an optional research assistant for exploring available project, asking-price, RERA and locality records. Important details should still be confirmed with the relevant developer, owner or public authority before a transaction.
Clear information and accountability
Sponsored placements are labelled, important limitations appear beside the information they qualify, and the grievance process explains how concerns are reviewed and escalated.
