Incepted in the year 1981, Akar Realty, earlier known as Akar Creations, is the real estate arm of the Borkar Family. Based in Goa, they have been improving the living standards and quality of life by offering excellent infrastructure. The group is growing under the guidance of Mr. Avinash S. Borkar and has delivered many commercial and residential projects. It is responsible for presenting first commercial complex in South Goa and first ever row house project in Margao. It is driven by core values of excellence, sense of belonging, commitment and passion to raise the bar. Some of its developments are Akar Heights, Akar Harmony and Akar Habitat.
