About Devaloke Builders
Devaloke group was founded in the year 1995 by Mr. Sankar Kundu. The group is a cluster of companies in various statures ranging from Limited Companies to proprietorship farms; evolved together into a corporate entity The journey began with ?Minati Apartment? in the loving memory of his late wife Mrs. Minati Kundu. It was a very humble beginning and we concentrated mostly on modest projects and our work mostly centered in and around the southern fringe of kolkata. Since that time, there has been no looking back. As time progressed, we completed 13 projects ranging from 6000 sq.ft going upto 31000 sqft. in Garia, Baghajatin and Bansdroni. With time, as we gained more experience we started expanding the business. And then came our most ambitious project till date: DEVALOKE HEIGHTS 80,000 sqf
