About Praman Group
Praman group has a legacy in real estate development of about 35 years which was built under the aegis of Late Arch. Shri Mahendrakumar N. Purohit. The group is famed for setting up a new benchmark in real estate industry namely Shreepati Arcade a 45 storeyed tower in heart of South Mumbai. Until 2006, Praman has construction experience of over 1.5 million sq. ft. In the year 2006, Purohit family parted with their equal ownership in the Shreepati Group and established their own brand namely Praman which stands for actions that speak and creating value for customers through the Signature Living. From 2006, Praman has completed 2 projects and obtained Full OC consisting of construction area of about 1.2 lakh sq.ft. and delivered 125 homes. Currently, Praman has three projects under construct
