About Red Brick
The foundation of Red Brick was laid 40 years ago with the construction of HIMADRI, one of the first multi-storeyed residential buildings in Ballygunge, Kolkata. The group, headquartered in Mumbai, was the first in India to introduce fully- furnished, plug and play commercial buildings on lease to various Banks and MNC\'s as per their specifications in both Tier I II cities. The first such building, CITI TOWER, was leased to Citibank in Parel, Mumbai way back in 1991. The Group owns and has leased approx. 9,00,000 sq. ft. of commercial space across Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru to top Fortune 500 Companies like HDFC, BASF, Huntsman, Regus, HSBC, Aon Insurance, State Bank of India, Star etc. Continuing with the success in leasing, the group entered into SRA and Redevelopment projects of Mum
