Around 2006, the real estate market was hitting saturation point in the heart of Bangalore and it was also when RK Enterprises was born out of a vision that new opportunity lay in north Bangalore, in particular, the "beltway" around NH 7. In hindsight, the vision of the promoters, viz. D.N. Nagi Reddy, a well-known film producer, Mr K.M.M Abdul Kadar, an entrepreneur couple with two decades of experience, hit the bull's eye. Over the years, RK Enterprises have successfully completed over 1500 acres of benchmarking property development projects, at and across North Bangalore, near new international Airport road.
