Kolkata-based Salarpuria Group was founded in 1985 by Late Shri G. D. Salarpuria. It strives to achieve excellence in the field of construction, architecture, real estate, and facility management. Asansol Durgapur Development Authority [ADDA] was set up in 1980 under the West Bengal Town and Country Planning Act, 1979. Over the years, it has undertaken many developmental activities concentrated on the building of physical infrastructure and control of land use. Salarpuria Group and Asansol Durgapur Development Authority have partnered together to develop quality projects.
