Prayagraj-based Shervani Industrial Syndicate is a renowned company engaged in the trading of consumer goods. Its name was changed to Geep Industrial Syndicate in 1979. It was engaged in the manufacturing and selling of flashlight cases, miniature lamps, and dry cell batteries until 1999. In 1998, it entered into a deal with the two companies of Gillette India and sold the GEEP brand. In the year 1999, the company name was again changed to Shervani Industrial Syndicate. Now the company has made its foray into the real estate business.
