Shilpi Realities Pvt Ltd., was established by two leading Mandideep Entrepreneur Yogesh Kumar Jhingan and Aditya Modi. Both have contributed some firsts in Packaging sector in India and Bhopal. Their first real estate site IBD Raisina at Patel Nagar Raisen Road has some reflections of their Industrial entrepreneurship. This is now being handled by Mr. Akash Jhingan who finished his graduation from Lancaster University U.K and now has devoted himself fully to the company. A Mega Residential Plotting project in about 27 acre land, which is going to home more than 600 families upon completion.
