• Structure ◦ The project is built using a robust RCC Framed Structure to ensure long-term stability and strength for all units. • Walls ◦ Construction includes 8-inch common walls and 4-inch partition walls using AAC, fly ash, or clay bricks with cement plaster. • Doors ◦ Every home is fitted with laminated flush door panels accompanied by high-quality chrome finish hardware fittings for durability. • Windows ◦ The units feature powder-coated aluminium sliding windows with clear glass and MS security grills for enhanced safety. • Flooring ◦ Interior spaces are finished with vitrified tiles while anti-skid tiles are used for the porch, sit-out, and rear wash area. • Kitchen ◦ The kitchen includes a granite platform top with a steel sink and glazed ceramic tiles up to 600 mm height. • Toilets ◦ Bathrooms are designed with glazed ceramic wall tiles up to 7 feet height, vitrified tile flooring, and chrome-plated fittings. • Electrification ◦ The electrical system comprises concealed copper wiring with an adequate number of outlets and circuits protected by MCB systems. • Paint ◦ Exterior surfaces are finished with weather-proof paint while interiors feature smooth oil-bound distemper for a clean look. • Water Tank ◦ A 1000-liter capacity overhead water tank is provided for each individual unit to ensure reliable water storage.
