Structure • The project consists of a framed structure with an RCC roof slab. • All walls are constructed using high quality red brick materials. • The interior spaces feature a ceiling height of ten feet. Super Structure • Outer walls are built with a thickness of nine inches. • Inner partition walls are constructed with four and a half inch thickness. Flooring • Living areas feature 4'x2' vitrified tiles from a reputed brand. • Kitchens are finished with 2'x2' matte finish reputed brand tiles. • Bathroom floors include 2'x2' anti-skid tiles for safety and durability. • Bathroom walls are tiled up to the false ceiling with 4'x2' tiles. • Terrace flooring consists of 1'x1' cool roof tiles from Orient Bell.
