STRUCTURE

R.C.C framed structure using Good Quality Steel Rods, Cement and other bulk materials. All walls built in with molded Bricks or Solid Blocks. Strip mesh is given in 4” metal strip will be given in every 4th layer of 4.5” brick walls. Stilt floor level will be 1'6” above existing floor level. Floor height will be 10’ in each floor including slab thickness. Internal Walls of flats plastered 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement 4 fine sand) – White Mesh will be provided in Brick & Wall joints before Plastering to avoid future cracks. Internal walls will be plastered 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement 5 fine sand). One RCC loft will be provided in each bedroom of width of 2'0”. 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement 4 fine sand) in the interior surface of walls, beams, stairs, columns ceiling etc. Anti-Termite treatment will be done at 3 levels – Basement, Brick work, final stage. 2.

FLOORING & DADOING

TILES

Providing and fixing of good quality Vitrified Tiles in living/dining/kitchen/All bedroom floors of size 2'x2', @ Basic cost Rs.55/sq.ft. Providing and fixing Bathroom wall & floor tiles of size 24"x12" or 12"x18" @ Basic cost of Rs.45/sq.ft. Floor Tiles will be Anti skid Tile (Joints will be filled with Epoxy grout). Wall Tiles will be Matt/Glazed type. Providing and fixing of kitchen wall tiles @ Basic cost of Rs.45/sq.ft. Providing and fixing of Anti skid tile in Utility/Balcony and sit out area @ Basic cost of Rs.45/sq.ft. Providing and fixing of Rubber paver block in stilt floor and set back area @ Basic cost of Rs.40/sqft (Make-Kajaria/Somany/Sunheart/Equivalent). b.

GRANITE

For Kitchen – Black galaxy granite slab (18 mm thickness) will be provided above the RCC slab with Matt Stainless Steel sink with or without drain board as per Client’s request. For Common Staircase - Basic Granite/Marble slab will be provided for Riser & Thread. 3.
