Flooring • Entire flat features 24" X 48" vitrified tiles flooring. • Anti-skid tiles are provided in terraces, dry balconies, and bathrooms. Walls • External walls are 6 inches thick and internal walls 4 inches. Doors and Windows • Main entrance has a 38 mm thick veneer polish door. • Internal doors are 32 mm flush doors with double-sided laminate. • Windows are powder coated 3 track sliding with mosquito nets. • All windows feature granite sills and sliding doors on terraces. Plaster • External walls feature 12 mm double coat sand-face cement plaster. • Internal walls have 12 mm smooth finish or gypsum plaster. Electrical • Concealed fire retardant copper wiring with premium modular switches. • Split AC points are provided in living and master bedrooms. Kitchen • Kitchens come with granite platforms and stainless steel sinks. • Designer dado tiles and provision for water purifiers are included. Bathrooms • Bathrooms feature premium sanitary fittings from brands like Jaquar or Kohler. • Hot and cold diverters with overhead showers are installed. Painting Finish • External walls are finished with premium weather proof acrylic paint. • Internal walls feature oil bound distemper with two coats putty. Water Supply • Water is supplied via ground sump and overhead storage tanks. Lifts • Automatic high-speed lifts from reputed brands are installed in wings.
