Flooring All rooms are finished with 2' x 2' vitrified tiles. Bathrooms Bathroom walls are finished with glazed tiles up to door height and equipped with superior quality CP and sanitary fittings. Kitchen The kitchen features a marble or granite counter top with ceramic wall tiles up to two feet above the counter. It includes a stainless steel sink of a reputed brand, modular power points, and dedicated provisions for electrical kitchen gadgets. Doors and Windows Doors are constructed with wooden or WPC frames and flush doors. Windows consist of sliding aluminum glass for rooms and fixed louvers for toilets. Finishes Interior walls are finished with wall putty, and the exterior surfaces are treated with emulsion paint designed to withstand all weather conditions. Electrical The electrical system features concealed insulated copper wiring with ISI mark and modular switches from Legrand, MK, or equivalent. It includes provisions for air conditioning in all bedrooms, individual MCB distribution boards, geyser points, exhaust fan points, inverter points, washing machine points, and individual pre-paid electricity meters.
