WORKS:-

For Column, Beams, Slab etc. as per Re-enforcement Drawing, Concrete with Stone-Chips Gravies, Medium Course of Stand and ISI Mark Cement.

PLASTER WORKS:

Any Wall Plaster (Inside or Outside) and Ceiling Plaster would be with Cement or Sand, Internal Walls be furnished with plaster of Paris.

FLOOR WORK:

Tiles 2" X 2".

SKIRTING:

4" Skirting upto 4" height Staircase landing, Cooking Platform made by the Black Stone and adjacent Wall upto 3' Feet Glazed Tiles to be fixed

DOOR:

4" X 2 ½ " Wood Door Frame according to the Door Size and all Inner Door will be 33mm. Water Proof Flush Door.

WINDOWS:

Aluminum (Box) Window with Glass Fitting with

WALL:

All the external walls shall be of 5 inch Brick Wall with Cement Plaster, Internal Partition Wall shall be 3 inch thick Brick Wall with Both Sides Cement Plaster.

STAIRCASE:

Marble.

WATER SUPPLY:

Main source of Water would be storied in overhead Reservoir by a 1 ½

Electric Operated Pump (Slandered Make-Pump with Submersible Motor) Water should be supplied to each Flat or Unit from the Overhead Tank. Main Water Line from Road to Underground Reservoir to Overhead Reservoir through Pump by 1" Pipe with ISI Make. One separate Overhead Reservoir only used by Owner by ¾" Pipe of ISI Make open system. All other Connections between Overhead Reservoir to each Flat or Unit ¾" Pipe of ISI make open system.

SANITARY & PLUMBING:

Septic Tank would be as per

BATH ROOM:

One Bath Room and One Toilet in each Flat or Unit made with Indian and English Type all would be open with Cistern. All Porcelain material would be Standard Make (I.S.I.) and White Colour, 2 Nos. of Bib-Cock with Bush and 1 no. Shower Connection would be provided. Toilet 1'x1' Mat finished Tiles and Wall up to 6'-0" Glazed Tiles, One Basin.
