Foundation & Basement 1. Soil Test will be done by an Authorised Agency. Based on the soil test report, foundations and columns will be designed by a Structural Consultant. 2. Pest Control Treatment will be done by an Authorised Agency with a minimum warranty period of five years. 3. RCC foundations/columns/plinth beams and plain cement concrete (PCC) for basement as per the design given by the structural consultant. This will conform to IS standards and norms.
