Wall

Finish

Internal walls will have a smooth finish with mala plaster and putty. External walls will have a double coat sand-faced plaster or a texture finish.

Flooring

The flooring will be vitrified tiles.

Kitchen

The kitchen will feature a standing polished natural granite platform with a sink. Glazed tiles will be used as a dado above the platform, extending up to the lintel level.

Doors

The main door will be a decorative veneer door from a reputed company. Internal doors will be laminated flush doors or colored flush doors.

Windows

All windows will be aluminum anodized section sliding windows with glass and stone jambs.

Toilet

Toilets will have ceramic tile flooring with glazed tiles as a dado up to the lintel level.

Plumbing

The plumbing will be concealed and use good quality

UPVC

and

CPVC

pipes. C.P. fittings and sanitary ware will be from reputed brands.

Electrification

The electrical system will include MCB and

ELCB

trippers with concealed wiring. There will be adequate points with quality fittings.

Paint

Exterior walls will be painted with acrylic paint, and internal walls will have a double coat of putty finish.

Lifts

The building will be equipped with fine-quality, fully automatic lifts.
