Structure • The building is constructed with an earthquake resistant R.C.C. frame structure. Flooring • Good quality vitrified tiles are used throughout the entire apartment area. • Ceramic tiles and water proofing treatment are provided in the terrace. Kitchen • The kitchen features a granite top platform with a stainless steel sink. • Designer glazed tiles dado is provided up to the lintel level. Wall Finish • Internal walls feature single coat mala plaster with a putty finish. • External walls have double coat sand face plaster or texture paint. Electrical • Concealed copper wiring is installed with modular switches and distribution panels. • Sufficient numbers of points are provided including dedicated AC and geyser points. Doors and Windows • The entrance features a decorative main door with quality hardware fittings. • All other internal doors are flush doors with good quality fittings. • Anodized coated aluminum sliding windows are installed with stone sill support. Toilet/Plumbing • Designer glazed tiles are installed in toilets up to the lintel level. • Premium quality bath fittings and sanitary wares are provided in toilets.
