Gitanjali Aponjon Housing Complex

1) Structure Reinforced Cement Concrete (R.C.C.) framed structure as per municipal approved design, using ISI-certified steel and branded cement (Durgapur / Reshmi / UltraTech / Konark). Construction will include full coarse sand, 5/8" or 3/4" stone chips, and first-class bricks. The ceiling height of each flat will be 9.5 feet from the floor level with a 4-inch R.C.C. slab. 2) Brickwork External walls will be 8 inches thick, except for cantilevered sections which will be 5 inches thick. All internal partition walls will be 5 inches thick, constructed using first-class bricks. 3) Flooring All bedroom, dining, drawing, verandah, kitchen, and toilet floors will be finished with marble or vitrified tiles. Skirting of 6 inches height (same finish) will be provided throughout. 4) Kitchen & Dining Kitchen countertop will be 2 feet wide, made of polished black granite. Ceramic tiles will be installed on the wall behind the countertop and sink, extending up to the ceiling. One stainless steel sink (size 23"x18") and one bib cock will be installed. A 7" diameter exhaust fan or chimney point will be provided. A standard-sized wash basin will be installed in the dining area. 5) Doors & Windows

Doors

All door frames will be constructed from Sal wood. Flush door shutters with quality fittings will be provided for all rooms. Toilets will have Polydoor with appropriate frames.

Windows

Aluminum powder-coated windows with full glass panels and protective external grills (spaced 15 inches vertically) will be installed. 6) Water Supply Internal plumbing will feature concealed
