SANITARY AND PLUMBING WORKS

As per mutually approved Sanitary/Plumbing Drawings. Overhead tank of 1000 Litters capacity with all plumbing connections using PVC white pipe No. of taps etc. as per approved Drawings. All taps and sanitary items are to be procured under warranty for at least 5 years. Only chromium plated taps will be used. All sanitary items like closets and washbasins will be of light colors of Parry ware, Cera, or Johnson All bath rooms will have European / Indian Closet, Steel fixed overhead shower and separate pipe Connection for Geyser. All sanitary connections with gully traps, chambers wherever required and Connection to septic Tank.
