Type

RCC Frame Structure with column-beam system for enhanced strength and durability. 

Brickwork

Construction will be done using first-class red bricks, made and cured using only sweet water to ensure high strength and long-term stability. 

Cement

OPC/PPC 53 Grade cement from reputed brands like Wonder,

Laxmi OR any other major plant complying with ISI standards. 

Steel

ISI-marked TMT bars will be used for all reinforcement work to ensure superior loadbearing capacity. 

Sand

Clean River sand sourced from sweet water locations, ensuring salt-free construction. 

Water

Entire construction process including curing, and concreting will be done using only potable water. Architectural Specification  RCC

Roads

All internal roads within the project will be constructed using Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) to ensure maximum durability and smooth vehicular movement.  Guards

Cabin

A dedicated Guards Cabin will be located at the main entrance for 24x7 security. The cabin will be constructed with brick masonry and RCC roofing, including electrical connections and ventilation provisions for comfortable occupancy.  Attractive Entry

The project features an aesthetically designed entry gate constructed with high-quality material. The gate is designed to provide both security and an inviting look.  Large Common Open Area

(COP): A

spacious Common Open Area (COP) will be developed for residents’ recreation and community activities. This area will include paved walkways, seating, and landscaped green spaces to create a pleasant and relaxing environment. Electrical Specification  Modular Switch Boards from GM Company or similar will be used for all rooms, ensuring high performance, safety, and aesthetics.  All internal wiring will be concealed and done using ISI-marked copper wires.
