Structure The project features an RCC framed structure as per specific design requirements. External walls are 200mm thick and internal walls are 100mm using AAC blocks. Roof height is maintained at 2.95m throughout the residential floors. Anti-termite treatment is performed and construction uses Fe550 steel and Ramco cement. Flooring Kajaria vitrified or ceramic tiles are used for main flooring areas. Bathrooms are fitted with antiskid floor tiles and wall tiles up to 2.95m. Kitchens feature a 600mm wide granite slab platform and specific wall tiles. Staircases and lobbies are finished with granite or anti-skid tiles as specified. Bathrooms Superior brand Roca or equivalent wall-mounted single piece suit WC is provided. All bathrooms include health faucets and 2-in-1 wall mixers with overhead showers. Pest-free square SS gratings are installed in all bathrooms and the kitchen area. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a 600mm wide granite slab platform. A superior brand single bowl SS kitchen sink of 2'X1'6" is installed. Specific points for exhaust fans, chimneys, and water purifiers are provided in the layout. Doors and Windows Main doors consist of first-quality teak wood frames and doors with brass fittings. Bedroom doors use teak wood frames with flush doors and SS fittings. Bathrooms are equipped with WPC frames and door shutters for durability.
