Flooring • Hall and kitchen feature double charged nano polish vitrified tiles. • Lobby areas are finished with vitrified tiles and granite stone. • Balconies are finished with anti-skid ceramic floor tiles. Doors and Windows • Main door is finished with high quality polished masonite. • Internal doors are finished with durable painted masonite material. • Aluminum windows include glass planes and protective mosquito mesh. Kitchen • Granite platform provided with integrated stainless steel sink unit. • Walls have ceramic tiles dado up to two feet height. Bathrooms • Floors are finished with anti-skid ceramic tile flooring. • Designer ceramic tiles are fixed on walls up to height. • Reputed make white sanitary ware with wall hung EWC. • Chrome plated heavy fittings provided with hot and cold lines. Electrical • Concealed copper wiring with modular switches of reputed brand. Finishes • Internal walls finished with wall care putty and primer coating. • External walls finished with decorative exterior grade paint.
