Demarcation of Plots The demarcation of the project will be done with RCC, brickwork, or railing boundary wall as per the approved layout plan. Boundary Wall An RCC, brickwork, or railing boundary wall will be constructed around the project premises to ensure proper enclosure and security. Road Work Internal roads will be developed with trimix concrete and paver blocks as per the approved landscape and infrastructure design. Footpaths Provision for footpaths will be made within the project as per the landscape design and planning. Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities Authority water line has been laid and is operational near the project. Internal water distribution will be provided through

pipelines along with overhead and underground water storage tanks constructed within the project. Sewer System The sewer system within the buildings will be provided with PVC or RCC pipes, and the underground sewer network will also be laid using PVC or RCC pipes, which will be connected to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Drain Wastewater and rainwater drainage systems will be provided using PVC or RCC pipes. A proper drainage network has been designed by the project architect to ensure efficient disposal. Parks A landscape consultant has been appointed to design the entire landscape area, which will include parks, green belts, water bodies, and kids' play areas. Tree Planting Tree plantation and green landscaping will be carried out as per the landscape drawings prepared by the appointed landscape consultant. Design for Electric Supply Including Street Lighting Electric supply along with power backup will be provided with a 50 percent diversity factor as per the design and recommendation of the project consultant, including proper street lighting.
