Structure The building is an RCC framed structure with RCC columns and beams. Outer walls are 200 mm solid blocks and inner walls are 100 mm thick. Flooring Main rooms feature 1200 x 600 mm vitrified tiles by Kajaria or Somany. Balconies use 300 x 300 mm antiskid ceramic tiles. Granite is used for the lobby, staircase, and corridor. Bathrooms have anti-skid ceramic tile flooring. Wall Finish Internal walls are finished with putty, primer, and Asian or Nerolac emulsion paint. Bathroom walls feature full-height cladding and kitchens have 2-foot cladding using tiles. Kitchen The kitchen features a black granite platform and a stainless steel sink. Provisions for a chimney and water purifier are included with Jaquar fittings. Sanitary Ware & Fixtures Bathrooms are equipped with wall-mounted closets and CP fittings from Jaquar. with MS grills and clear glass. Electrical The project uses ISI-mark cables from Polycab or Orbit and switches. Each apartment is provided with a 3-phase EB power supply. Facilities A 6-passenger Johnson lift is provided for residents' convenience. Solar provision is available for common areas excluding lifts and motors.
