• Structure ◦ The building features an earthquake resistant RCC framed structure designed according to IS 1893-2002 and IS 458-2000 codes with suitable foundations. External walls consist of double brick work while internal walls are made of single brick work finished with plaster. • Flooring ◦ All rooms are finished with 2'x2' vitrified tile flooring and skirting.
