Flooring Two feet by two feet nano tiles are installed in all bedrooms, drawing, dining, and kitchen areas, with one foot by one foot anti-skid tiles provided in bathrooms and balconies. Bathrooms Bathroom specifications include Hindware fittings such as a wash basin, commode, and shower mixer with an overhead shower, along with wall tiles finished up to a height of seven feet. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a granite platform, a sink with a tap, and two feet high dado tiles installed above the counter slab. Doors and Windows The main door is constructed of teak wood, while internal doors are flush doors with WPC frames, complemented by aluminium sliding windows with glass panels. Finishes Internal walls in the bedrooms, drawing, dining, balcony, and kitchen areas are finished with a application of putty and primer. Electrical Electrical installations feature concealed PVC wall piping with metal boxes and wires and fittings from Anchor or an equivalent approved brand. Facilities Project facilities include a six-passenger lift of an approved brand and a water storage system consisting of an underground reservoir and a 5,000-liter capacity water tank located on the terrace.
