Structure

RCC framed structure conforming to seismic zone III requirements.

Walls

9” thick Brick work for all peripheral wall and 4.5” thick internal walls

Flooring

Vitrified Tiles of 2' x 2' size for the entire apartment matt finish 1'x1' tiles for the toilets, balconies and service area flooring, concept oriented designer concept wall tiles for the toilets up to a height of 7'.

Kitchen

RCC slab with black granite top, Glazed tiles upto 2' - 6” height above the counter and one Stainless steel sink.

Doors

Entrance door shall be by first quality teak wood (Both frames and shutter) All the other interior doors, frames will be using II teak wood and shutter's shall be skin type, toilet doors shall be with WPC shutters and frame.

Windows and Ventilators shall be made of

Electrical

Three phase connection for all flats. Required light, fan and plug points will be provided. A/C points for all bedrooms. Geyser points in attached toilets. Modular switches Anchor, MK or equivalent with change over.
