Structure • The building is designed as an earth-quake resistant RCC framed structure. Walls • Internal walls are constructed with 115mm thick red brick walls. • External walls are constructed with 150mm thick red brick walls. Doors and Windows • The main entrance features a decorative door with safety features. • Inner doors are laminated flush doors fixed with RCC frames. • Toilet doors are flush doors installed with sturdy RCC frames. • Windows are powder coated aluminum with M.S. safety grill fittings. Bathrooms • Bathroom floors are finished with high quality anti skid tiles. • Bathroom units include a washbasin and branded premium sanitary ware. • Designer dado tiles are installed to a height of seven feet. • Hot and cold water connections are provided in all bathrooms. Plumbing • Internal plumbing uses branded concealed fittings and high quality fixtures. Painting • External walls feature weather protective paint and waterproof primer coats. • Internal walls are finished with plastic paint and full putty. Kitchen • The modular kitchen has a platform with black granite top. • Kitchen walls feature designer dado tiles up to four feet high. • A dedicated wash area is included as part of the kitchen.
