Flooring Vitrified tiles are provided in all areas of the apartment, and 12" x 12" parking tiles are used for the parking area. Bathrooms Features include floor tiles and glazed wall tiles up to a height of 7 feet. Bathrooms are equipped with chromium-plated fittings from Jaquar or an equivalent brand, white acrylic or fibreglass cisterns, and common toilets for servants. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with tile flooring, a granite slab platform, a stainless steel sink, and 24-inch high dado tiles. Doors and Windows Door frames are constructed from Sal wood. The main door is a flush door with veneer and polish on both sides, while internal doors are 30mm thick ISI mark flush doors with a painted finish. Windows are two-track aluminium sliding or openable types. Finishes Internal walls are finished with Plaster of Paris. External walls are treated with Birla or Johnson putty and finished with weather coat or texture paint. Electrical All internal wiring is concealed in conduits using copper wires. All electrical switches and accessories are from branded manufacturers. Plumbing Water supply is provided via boring and a tube well equipped with a KSB or equivalent make submersible pump. Structure The building is an R.C.C. frame structure with brickwork in cement mortar as per the design and specifications of structural consultants. Facilities The project includes six-passenger elevators from Kone, Otis, Johnson, or equivalent brands. A standby power supply is provided by a generator from Cummins, Kirloskar, or an equivalent brand, and a washbasin is installed in the dining space. Security The premises are equipped with fire safety systems and an intercom facility.
