Internal Doors Premium quality moulded doors with well-seasoned wooden frames for bedrooms/balconies. Waterproof shutters and frames will be provided for bath areas. Flooring Premium quality vitrified tiles of size 800mm × 800mm or 2'0" × 4'0" from Bonzer or equivalent make will be provided in living, dining, bedroom, and kitchen. Anti-skid matt finish vitrified tiles provided in balcony and utility areas. Toilets Tile dadoing will be done up to lintel level height. Wash basin and W.C. of Jaguar/Parry or equivalent make. Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of putty.

Exterior

Two coats of exterior emulsion paint on textured surface. Electrical Concealed copper wiring with necessary provisions for modern appliances with modular switches. A.C. provisions will be made in all bedrooms and living area. TV provision will be made in living and master bedroom. Telephone and internet provisions will be given in living area. Each flat will be provided with 5 KW power. Earthing with copper wire using loop system. Electrical car charging points will be provided in parking area. Kitchen Provision for modular kitchen.
