Structure • RCC framed structure with external walls of 150mm thickness and internal walls of 115mm thickness. • Outer plaster consists of sand faced plaster while inner plaster is fanti plaster with wall putty. Flooring • All rooms and passages feature 1200x600 Vitrified, GVT, or Ceramic tiles from Simpolo, Kajaria, or equivalent brands. • Toilet dado uses 300x450 wall tiles up to lintel level, and common passages use 600x600 tiles. Kitchen • Kitchen includes a granite counter with a stainless steel sink and designer tiles up to lintel level. • Provisions are made for a water purifier, chimney outlet pipe, and an exhaust fan. Doors and Windows • Decorative main door with both side laminations and a teak or plywood frame with night latch. • Windows are powder coated aluminum 3 track sliding windows with mosquito nets and safety grills. Electrical • Concealed wiring with modular switches from Anchor, Legrand, or Indo Asian and fire resistant copper wire. • A.C. points are provided in all bedrooms and inverter points in each room. Bathrooms • Concealed plumbing with hot and cold mixer or diverter units from Jaquar, Hindware, or equivalent. • Standard quality sanitary fittings from Simpolo, Cera, or equivalent brands are provided in toilets. Finishes • Internal finishes include wall putty and external walls are painted with premium weather proof paint. Facilities • The building includes 2 automatic lifts with power backup and a common overhead water tank. • Parking spaces are finished with paving blocks, parking tiles, or tremix.
