• Structure ◦ The project features an earthquake resistant R.C.C. framed structure built using high-grade M-30 or M-35 concrete. External walls are constructed with six-inch thick red burn bricks while internal partition walls are four and a half inches thick. • Walls and Paint ◦ External walls are finished with two coats of sand face plaster and painted with weather shield acrylic paint from Asian or Jotun. Internal walls are treated with smooth plaster and finished with plastic acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of putty and one coat of primer. • Ceiling ◦ All residential rooms and bathrooms are provided with a decorative Plaster of Paris or Gypsum false ceiling. These installations are further enhanced with integrated LED panel lights to provide modern and efficient illumination. • Flooring ◦ Main living areas including the drawing room, bedrooms, kitchen, and dining feature double charged branded fully vitrified tiles of large dimensions. Balconies, terraces, and toilets are finished with specialized antiskid vitrified tiles for better grip and safety. • Doors ◦ The main entrance door is made of teak wood or ply with veneer lamination, a melamine polish, and a safety latch lock. Internal bedroom and bathroom doors feature granite or plywood frames with both side veneer flush doors and quality stainless steel fittings. • Kitchen ◦ The kitchen is equipped with a modular setup including six to eight trolleys and a black granite top cooking platform. It also features a high-quality stainless steel sink from Nirali and full-height glazed tile dado above the platform. • Windows ◦ Sliding windows are provided with three shutters including two glass panels and one mosquito net shutter for protection. Each window is secured with M.S. grills painted in two coats of enamel and finished with granite seals. • Toilet and Plumbing ◦ Bathrooms feature designer concept wall tiles to full height and are equipped with premium Jaguar or American Standard bath fittings.
