Structure

Earthquake Resistant RCC Framed Structure with masonry walls.

Plaster

All internal and external walls are plastered in cement mortar with integral finish. Cement-based putty provides an excellent surface. External walls are plastered with two coats of sand-faced plaster and water-resistant paint.

Flooring

Vitrified tiles flooring with skirting in all rooms.

Doors

Door frames of the front door and all rooms are made of teak wood. Toilet and balcony door frames are made of cement concrete. Polished veneered flush door panels with mortise locks for all doors. The front door has two safety locks.

Windows

Fully glazed Domel section French windows in bedrooms and fully glazed anodized aluminum sliding windows with mosquito nets in other rooms.

Kitchen

A modular kitchen with a cooking platform with a granite top and a built-in stainless steel sink. Provision for fitting a water purifier and installing a washing machine and dryer in the wash area.

Toilets

Wall-hung European WC with flushing arrangement, Jaquar brand fittings, diverter mixer with overhead shower. Tabletop wash basin with single lever mixer pillar cock and health faucet.

Balcony

Balcony with electric and water points for cooler. Water

Supply

A common well and a borewell with a pump, and a common sump for corporation water. A common overhead water tank ensures a continuous water supply. Separate arrangements for drinking water and water for domestic use.

Electrical

Concealed wiring with modular switches. LED panel lights. TV/cable/dish antenna points in each room. Provision for fixing split AC in every room, with a provision for a drain pipe.

POP: POP

in all rooms for fixing concealed LED lighting. For top-floor flats, the complete roof is in POP with thermacol insulation.

Parking

Covered car parking for two cars for each apartment and two-wheeler parking. Solar Water

Heater

Dedicated solar water heater of 100 L capacity for every apartment.
