Foundation – Building designed of R.C.C. Foundation. Steel – Standard quality available in the market. Cement – Standard quality available in the market. Sand – Standard as per requirement. Stonechips – Standard quality available in the market. Bricks – 1st and 2nd class available in the market. Walls – Outer wall will be of 8” (thick) and the inner walls will be of 3” (thick) with ½” plaster at both sides plaster of putty will be given at the inner walls. Floors – Floors will be with marble (2’x2’) in the rooms and dining and drawing spaces. Staircase – Staircase will be full marble. Kitchen – Marble (2’x2’) flooring or kitchen with glaze tiles finished upto 3’-0” from the cooking top. Toilet – Marble (2’x2’) flooring for toilet with glaze tiles upto top of door level from the skirting. Kitchen – The kitchen will be provided with a cooking platform in Black granite stone top window side. Window – Aluminium sliding window and grill gate will be ½” square bar as approved by the Engineer of the Developer. Doors – Commercial Flush Door and frames with quality Malaysia sal, plastic panel doors and for the toilet. External Painting – Weather coat. Electrical conceal wiring – Single outsets for electrical gauge. All electric points shall be made of good quality modular switch. Adequate MCB shall be provided as required. Electric points 2 light points, 2 plug points, 1 fan point in each bed room and 1 A.C. point in master Bed room only and 2 light points, 2 fan points and 2 plug points (15 amp) at drawing and Dining room 1 light point, 1 Exhaust fan, 1 plug point (15 Amp) for kitchen, 1 light point, 1 Exhaust point for the toilet and W.C. Balcony – 1 light point, 1 plug point and one Invertor point.
