Structure

RCC Framed Structure with Earthquake resistant isolated foundation with branded steel reinforcement.

Walls & Plastering

200mm, 150mm, 100mm thick Solid block works for the external and internal walls, One coat of 12mm thick Cement plastering for the internal walls with lime rendering a smooth finish and two coats of 20mm thick cement plastering for the external walls for a sponge finish.

Floorings

Johnson or equivalent vitrified 2x2 tiles for the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Bedrooms, Anti-Skid ceramic tiles for toilets, utilities and balconies. Standard make dado tiles up to 7 feet high wall in all toilets.

Doors & Windows

Teak wood finished wooden doors for main doors, bed rooms and toilets door,

UPVC

sliding doors, French windows and Ventilators.

Kitchen

Stainless steel sink, 2ft high dado glazed tiles above the platform, provision for water purifier and exhaust. Washing arrangement in Utility area with drain line

Latest design switches (Wipro or equivalent make), 100% concealed fire resistant ISI standard quality copper wiring (Anchor or Equivalent make), TV & Telephone Points in Living Rooms, Provision for A/C points in Living & Master bedroom.
