• Structure ◦ The building is constructed with an earthquake resistant R.C.C. frame structure for safety. • Brick Work ◦ External walls are 6 inches and interior walls are 4 inches using B.B.M. construction. • Wall Finish ◦ Internal walls are finished with gypsum plaster while external walls have sand faced plaster. • Flooring ◦ Living, kitchen, and bedrooms feature premium 600 x 1200 vitrified flooring tiles. ◦ Toilets are provided with anti-skid flooring tiles and designer glazed tiles dado. ◦ The kitchen includes a granite platform with an S.S. sink and glazed tiles dado. • Door & Windows ◦ Decorative main entrance door and internal flush doors with premium quality hardware. ◦ Windows are anodized three-stage aluminum glass sliding type with mosquito nets. • Electrification ◦ Concealed copper wiring is installed with MCB and modular switches. ◦ Provision for inverter wiring is available for one fan and one light per room. • Toilets / Bathrooms ◦ Bathrooms are equipped with good quality C.P. fittings and sanitary ware up to 8ft height.
