Sanitary fittings – Sanitary fittings of reputed make. CP bath fittings of reputed make. Bathroom – Geyser outlet and connection in one bathroom. Kitchen sink – Stainless steel sink in kitchen. Kitchen platform – Granite kitchen platform in kitchen. Exterior walls – Waterproofing cement or weather coat paint on outside walls. Verandah – Verandah railing up to window sill height.
