Staircases are constructed with high-quality granite steps and granamite tiles on the risers. Finishes External walls feature double coat mala plaster finished with standard company structure color, while internal walls are treated with single coat mala plaster and a double coat putty finish. Common areas and staircase zones are treated with a plastic paint finish. Structure The building is constructed with an earthquake-resistant RCC frame structure designed in accordance with seismic zone requirements. Balconies/Terraces The terrace area is treated with specialized professional waterproofing and finished with China mosaic flooring to provide heat reduction and protection. Facilities The project is equipped with premium automatic door lifts and a decorative entrance foyer featuring a false ceiling, reception, and waiting area.
