Flooring Living, Dining, and Internal Bedrooms feature vitrified tiles of size 600x1200mm. Bathrooms and Utility areas are finished with vitrified matte tiles of size 600x600mm. Balconies have wooden finish tiles of 200x1200mm. Wall Finish Internal walls and ceilings are finished with two coats of putty, one coat of primer, and two coats of emulsion paint. Exterior walls receive one coat of primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint. Bathroom walls are tiled up to 2250mm height. Kitchen Kitchen counter platforms are finished with granite slabs. SS finish sinks and CP fittings by Jaquar or equivalent are provided. Electrical points are available for chimney and water purifier. Bathrooms Sanitary fixtures and CP fittings by Jaquar or equivalent. Features include wall-mounted WC with concealed cistern, health faucet, single lever diverter, head shower, wash basin, and fixed glass partitions where applicable. Doors and Windows Main doors are wooden architrave with double-side laminate finish and Yale digital locks. Windows are aluminium powder-coated with sliding shutters and toughened glass.
