Earth excavation up to the required size and depth 5’0” max for RCC Foundation work at basement Plain cement concrete of 1:4:8mix Using40 mm metal for a depth of 6”for footings Bricks work masonry in CM1:6 using First Class Machine Cutting Bricks for Basement Refilling the sides of foundation and basement with gravel The height of the basement as 3’0”ft. Above Ground Level Plinth Beam will be provided as per the Engineers design Anti termite treatment as per requirement of the client up to 5 litres Outer Flooring concrete over basement filling inPCC 1:4:8 mix4” thick

SUPER STRUCTURE

Outer walls with 9” Brick work in CM 1:6 mix using First Class Machine Cutting Bricks Partition wall with 4 ½” Brick work in CM 1:4 mix using hoop iron bands in necessary intervals Steps are constructed with bricks in CM 1:4 mix using above brand bricks Floor to Floor Height of 10’0” height(Roof slab bottom – 9’6”from finished floor level as per drawing) Height of sill 3ft. from finished floor level Height of lintel 7ft. from finished floor level

RCC WORKS

All RCC works such as column footings, columns retaining walls, beams, Lintels, sunshades and lofts, roof slab, stair case, waist slab etc,,with M20 mix using 20mm jelly including necessary reinforcement as per drawing Lintels throughout lintels 5”thick Sunshade as per drawing with M20 mix Loft – M20 mix with 3” thick Roof slab – M20 mixwith5”thick Parapet 2'9 height with Brickwork in CM 1:6 mix

STAIR

Treads and Rise with granite finish SS Railing (inner) / MS Railing (outer) as per drawing Outer Staircase Steel

PLASTERING WORKS

Ceiling plastering of 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mix Internal surface of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mix External surface of 15mm thick in CM 1:5 mix

TERRACE ROOF FINISHES

Weathering course using ground concrete finished (of ratio 32:12:5) in cement plaster Top finished with cement mortar with tread lining, laid to proper slope Necessary rain water down take pipes, min 4”dia will be provided
