Bathrooms Glazed tiles of 12'x18' good quality up to 7' height. Anti-skid tiles for flooring and Jaquar bath fittings in all toilets. Electrical Concealed wiring with PVC conducts and provision for inverter. Power points provided in toilets and kitchens. Includes light, fan, and socket outlets with modular switches of anchor or equivalent. Paint Internal walls finished with putty and oil-bound distemper. External walls treated with waterproof emulsion paint. Plaster Internal 12mm thick smooth finish plaster. External 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster. Doors Main door is Bajaj B-Secure door or similar make. Other doors are laminated flush doors with R.C.C. frame. Other Features POP provided in hall and master bedroom. Concealed T.V. cable points in master bedroom and drawing room.
