• Flooring • Standard quality premium vitrified tiles are provided in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and all bedrooms, while the common foyer features 600 x 600 mm tiles. Private foyers, staircases, and window frames are finished in granite, and balconies and wash yards are equipped with anti-skid vitrified tiles. • Bathrooms • Installation of floor tiles in 600 x 600 mm or 600 x 1200 mm sizes and wall dado tiles of 600 x 300 mm or 600 x 1200 mm with 3 mm horizontal grooves. Sanitary ware and CP fittings are from Jaquar or equivalent brands, featuring wall-mounted or counter table top wash basins. • Kitchen • Equipped with a granite or quartz platform and a stainless steel finish or quartz sink. The wall above the platform includes a vitrified tile dado of 600 x 300 mm or 600 x 1200 mm, and Kota stone is provided for storage in the store room. • Doors and Windows • The main entrance features a wooden frame and flush door with veneer finished laminate, while other doors consist of wooden frames with flush doors or WPC doors.
