Flooring Premium 1600x800 vitrified tiles are installed in the living, dining, drawing, and kitchen areas, while bedrooms feature 1200x600 vitrified tiles. Balconies are finished with anti-skid or rustic tiles, toilets with ceramic tiles, and the wash yard with granite or kota flooring. Bathrooms High-standard sanitary ware from brands like Jaquar, Kohler, or Duravit is provided, complemented by chrome-plated toilet fittings. All toilets are equipped with wall-hung water closets and a choice of wall-hung or table-top basins. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a quartz or granite platform and features ceramic tiles installed up to the dado level. A dedicated plumbing system provides both cold and hot water supply to the kitchen area. Doors and Windows The main entrance features a wooden flush door with a polished veneer finish on the open side, while internal doors are constructed as oil-painted or sun mica flush doors. Windows and balcony access doors utilize sliding aluminium sections with Modiguard or Saint-Gobain glass, and commercial units include colored M.S. rolling shutters. Finishes Internal walls are finished with a coat of putty and primer. External walls are treated with weather-proof texture paint applied over double-coat cured plaster.
