Flooring Vitrified tiles measuring 2ft x 2ft in all areas except toilets; toilets finished with 1ft x 1ft anti-skid tiles; staircases and common areas covered with cut marble or Kota stones. Bathrooms Ceramic glazed tiles installed up to lintel level height; fitted with mixer taps, shower roses, towel rails, and soap trays; common toilets equipped with IWC and PVC cisterns; attached toilets feature EWC with PVC seat covers and cisterns; installation of PVC doors and provision for exhaust fans. Kitchen Green marble platform with a 24" x 18" standard stainless steel sink and tap; glazed tiles provided up to 2 feet in height above the platform; provision for an exhaust fan. Doors and Windows Main entrance door frame measuring 5" x 2.5" thick; internal door frames made of 32mm x 32mm x 5mm M.S. Angle; 32mm thick waterproof quality flush door shutters; steel windows and 2-track aluminum sliding windows with 3mm glass. Finishes External walls treated with white cement and snowcem; common areas finished with lime wash; all doors and M.S. frames painted with synthetic enamel paint. Electrical Copper conductor wiring with piano-style switches and a D.P. main switch; specific electrical points provided for air conditioning in the master bedroom, television in the drawing/dining area, refrigerator, and geysers in the bathrooms. Facilities Passenger lift provided with a capacity for 6 persons or 408 kg.
