Living Room TV, Telephone, Fan Points & with Necessary Power Points. Bed Room TV, Telephone, Fan Points & with Necessary Power Points. Kitchen Tiles 2 feet height and power points Toilet For toilet glazed tiles upto 6'0" high for walls and flooring with non slipper ceramic tiles, E.W.C. with flushing system. One wash basin, shower with hot as cold tap points. Painting All doors with good quality Enamel paint, all internal walls with two coats of wall care and emulsion paints and outside wall with exterior emulsion paint. Water Supply Storage tank and Water supplied by the pipe lines to the apartment blocks.
