Lift walls in the lobby use 600x600mm vitrified tiles with granite jambs, while the entrance lobby uses high-quality granite or marble. • Doors ◦ Main doors consist of polished wood frames and laminated flush-door shutters with secure digital locks. Bedroom doors feature polished wood frames and laminated shutters with anodized fittings. Toilet doors use polished wood frames with waterproof flush door shutters. • Paint Finishes ◦ Internal walls are treated with two coats of putty, one coat of primer, and two coats of premium emulsion paint. External walls feature a superior quality texture finish as per architectural design.
