Kitchen • Kitchen platform featuring 2 feet wide polished black granite with single nosing. • Single bowl stainless steel sink from Prince, Diamond, or equivalent brands. • Ceramic tile dadoing provided up to 2 feet height above the kitchen platform. Doors and Windows • Main door features a teak wood frame with OST shutters and necessary fittings. • Inner doors feature Sal wood frames with flush door shutters and hardware. •
