Construction and Finishes

Structure

The buildings feature an RCC column and beam framed structure with solid concrete blocks for walls.

Doors

Main doors have a teak wood frame with a 40mm thick engineered hardwood door. Internal doors are made with Sal or Teak wood frames. All hardware is from Godrej, Dorset, or an equivalent brand.

Windows

The windows are 3-track aluminum with an integrated mosquito mesh.

Flooring

The main flooring uses 18mm thick Kota natural stone. The master bedroom has laminate wooden flooring , while bathrooms are equipped with anti-skid ceramic tiles from AGL or an equivalent brand.

Painting

Interior walls are finished with two coats of premium emulsion, and exterior walls have two coats of weather guard emulsion from brands like Asian, Jotun, or Berger. Electrical and Plumbing

Electricals

The villas are fitted with modular switches from Anchor or equivalent brands. Wiring is high-quality copper from Finolex, Lapp, or Havells. Split AC points are provided in the living area and all bedrooms.

Plumbing

The piping uses

CPVC

and

UPVC

pipes from brands like Astral or Ashirwad. The project includes underground tanks and a suitable Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Recycled water is used for landscaping and flushing. Sanitary

Ware

All bathrooms are equipped with European WCs and wash basins from brands like Kohler or Jaguar. They also have provisions for geysers and exhaust fans.
