Structure

Super structure

All external walls: 9” with first class Brick work in cement Mortar.

Wall finishes

Double coat cement plaster with smooth finish for internal external RCC and brick masonry surfaces. Internal walls will be smooth finish with good quality putty over a coat of primer finished with two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint which shall be of Asian paints or equivalent.
